Gary immediately offered to step in and do the repair - easier for me and the other company while assuring the fence was repaired properly/securely. When there was a small hiccup on my end and I was extremely stressed about the situation, Gary was calming, reassuring, and already had back-up solutions in mind so I didn't have to worry.
